Pre-Adoption Application

• Application must be completed by the adopter. Application completed by a minor on behalf of the adopter will not be accepted.

• Must be at least 21 to apply.

• By submitting this form, you agree that all the information and answers to the questions below are true and correct to the best of your knowledge. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

• If approved, you will be notified via email with information regarding next steps as well as getting connected to the foster family of the interested cat/kitten.

• To provide the best possible post-adoption support, we adopt to residents within the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz.

Due to the high volumes of inquiries received and the very small volunteer staff we have, you may not receive a response if your application does not meet our adoption criteria. We appreciate and thank you for your understanding.
